Prof. Guangjie Han(IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow)

Hohai University, China

Guangjie Han (Fellow, IEEE) is presently serving as a Professor in the Department of Internet of Things Engineering at Hohai University, Changzhou, China. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China in 2004. In February 2008, he successfully completed his tenure as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Computer Science at Chonnam National University, Gwangju, Korea. From October 2010 to October 2011, he held the position of Visiting Research Scholar at Osaka University, Suita, Japan. During January 2017 to February 2017 period he served as a Visiting Professor at City University of Hong Kong in China. Furthermore,from July 2017 to July 2020,he was appointed as Distinguished Professor at Dalian University of Technology in China. His current research interests encompass various domains including Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial Internet (IIoT), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Mobile Computing and Security and Privacy. Dr. Han has an extensive publication record with over 500 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers along with approximately160 granted and pending patents. His remarkable academic impact is evident through his H-index which stands at an impressive value of60and i10-index reaching257 according to Google Citation(Google Scholar). The total citation count for his papers exceeds13600+ times.


Dr. Han is a Fellow of the UK Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). He has served on the Editorial Boards of up to 10 international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (TII), IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking (TCCN), IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE/CCA Journal of Automation Science and Engineering (JAS), and IEEE Network. He has guest-edited several special issues in prestigious IEEE Journals and Magazines such as the IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications (JSAC), IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine, and Computer Networks. Dr. Han has also held leadership positions as chair of organizing and technical committees in numerous international conferences. He has been honored with the 2020 Best Paper Award from the prestigious journal, IEEE Systems Journal, as well as the 2017-2019 Outstanding Associate Editor Award from renowned publication,IEEE ACCESS. Additionally, he is recognized as a Fellow by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Prof. Chenguang Yang(IEEE Fellow)

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China


Professor Chenguang Yang (Charlie) received the B.Eng. in Measurement and Control Technology from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, and the Ph.D. in Adaptive and Neural Network Control from the National University of Singapore. He completed postdoctoral research in human robotics at Imperial College London, UK. Previously, he held professorships at University of Liverpool, University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) as well as South China University of Technology. He was leading the Robotics and Autonomous Systems Group at University of Liverpool and was leading the Robot Teleoperation Group at Bristol Robotics Laboratory. He holds fellowships with Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), Aisa-Pacific AI Association (AAIA), and British Computer Society (BCS). He is a member of European Academy of Sciences and Arts (EASA) and a member of National Academy of Artificial Intelligence (NAAI).

Prof. Haoping Wang(IEEE Senior Member)

Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China

Prof. Haoping is Vice Dean of the School of Automation at Nanjing University of Science and Technology and a Doctoral Supervisor. He is a senior member of IEEEHis research interests include hybrid systems theory and applications, data-driven model-free control, state observer design, networked visual servo control, optimal control of renewable energy systems, and the design and intelligent control of rehabilitation and power-assistive mechanical exoskeleton robot systems.Prof. Wang has served as Principal Investigator for over 30 national and ministerial-level projects, including the Intergovernmental International Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Key Special Project under China's National Key Research and Development Program, projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Cai Yuanpei Program under Sino-French governmental cooperation. To date, he has published 277 peer-reviewed papers, of which 147 are SCI-indexed as first/corresponding author, authored 2 monographs, and filed 15 invention patents.

Prof. Fengjun Hu(IEEE Member)

Zhejiang Shuren University, China

Hu Fengjun, Ph.D., professor, and master's supervisor. Dean of the School of Information Science and Technology. He is a high-level top-notch talent under the Zhejiang Provincial University Leading Talent Training Program, a talent of the Zhejiang Provincial Ten Thousand Talents Program, a second-level talent of the Zhejiang Provincial 151 Talent Program, a member of the Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of the Hangzhou Computer Society, a training target for the Zhejiang Provincial Young and Middle-Aged Academic Discipline Leaders, and a recipient of the Zhejiang Provincial Outstanding Young University Teachers Funding Program. His research interests include medical image processing and intelligent control optimization.

Zhaoyang He(Senior Engineer, CTO)

AscendGrace Co, Ltd., China

He Zhaoyang is the Chief Technology Officer of AscendGrace Co, Ltd. He led the development of ByteWise, the world’s first intelligent software reverse engineering analysis platform built on the Machine Language Model. He has long been engaged in research and industrial application of artificial intelligence in the cybersecurity domain. He has received the First Prize in the Artificial Intelligence Track of the 6th Qiangwang Cup Cybersecurity Competition and the Excellence Award in the National Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition. He has served as the principal investigator of a major pre-research project for a national ministry and as the project lead for a ministerial-level technology transfer and application initiative. He has led the construction of software supply chain security testing platforms, intelligent vulnerability discovery platforms, and intelligent threat intelligence collection platforms. He also developed and released a large model for the cybersecurity vertical domain. With extensive experience in artificial intelligence research and software security engineering, he holds more than ten patents related to artificial intelligence.

Asst. Prof.(Research) Zelin Zang

Hong Kong Institute of Innovation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China

Dr. Zelin Zang is a Research Assistant Professor at the Hong Kong Institute of Innovation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on AI for Science, biological foundation models, multimodal medical reasoning, interpretable geometric deep learning, and intelligent analysis of single-cell and spatial omics data. He has published or had papers accepted in leading venues including TPAMI, TVCG, TMLR, ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, AAAI, ICCV, ECCV, Nature Communications, and Cell Discovery. His recent work develops interpretable reasoning and foundation-model systems for biomedical discovery and clinical decision support.
